The Better Get Acquainted Game
Know your foes…and become friends
One key to working well with your team is knowing your team. This game will help you do just that—with some fun, funny twists along the way. On teams, players will interact with others on such laugh-provoking challenges as…
Two Truths and a Lie, where each player finds a recent photo on their phone and shares two honest facts and one lie about the picture. Opposing players earn points for correctly guessing the fibs—and in the process, everyone shares fun facts about their lives.
Tell Us a Story goes even more in depth, with players repeating a brief personal story told by another player, doing their best to retell the tale and earn points by using secret words.
And in One of a Kind, players reveal interesting details about themselves and win points for being unique. You could learn about your teammates’ notable travels, hidden talents, special skills, weird things they’ve eaten, and more!
Perfect for a holiday party or a corporate team-building event, the Better Get Acquainted Game can be played virtually anywhere, from your office to your favorite restaurant, for groups of all sizes.

The Mixed Alliances Scavenger Hunts
A team-building booster for scavenger hunts
Typically on our scavenger hunts, teams of six people go on a quest to answer tricky, fun questions. And those six people have a blast working together and getting to know one another better. But some of our clients asked us to come up with a way to have even more interaction among participants. That’s where the Mixed Alliances Edition comes in.
Instead of teams of six, there are mini teams of three—and the trios must pair up. There are multiple rounds, and at the start of each round, the trios must recombine. In one round, you are collaborators…and in the next, you are opponents. During a 90-minute game with three rounds, each player will work with up to 11 other players.
To win, you must not only compete—you must also cooperate. It might sound a lot like your workplace, except that you’ll also be enjoying an amazing museum or historic neighborhood.

The “Know Your Colleagues” Quiz
The most fascinating person you know might be in the next office
How well do you know the people who you see almost every day? What are their hidden talents? What exotic places have they visited? What hilarious embarrassing moments are they willing to share for a good laugh? If they could pursue any career, what would they like to do? These and other questions get answered when you add this custom quiz to one of our scavenger hunts as a special bonus round.
This team-building challenge can be added to many of our regular scavenger hunts. Before the hunt, we send you a fun survey to distribute to the members of your group. They e-mail us their answers, and we edit them into a fun-filled quiz that highlights fascinating facts.
Who is the mystery person?
During the hunt, your team will review surprising details about each “mystery person” and try to identify them. Can you name the individuals by their surprising revelations about themselves? Was it Kate in Accounting who visited Machu Picchu? Did Tony really win a blue ribbon for his bundt cake? Did your CEO really get his start as a busboy at the Carnegie Deli? All will be revealed—and much of it will become great fodder for conversation long after the game has ended.
